I’m a healthcare and customer service professional who specializes in medical equipment authorizations, eligibility verification, and patient support. In my current role as a Qualifications Specialist / Authorizations with Airway Oxygen / Adapt Health, I process PAP orders, review qualifying documentation, and submit prior authorizations based on CMS and insurance criteria.

I manage denials and appeals to help drive coverage approval, while communicating with patients, insurance companies, and medical offices. I rely on Tennr, Parachute, and Brightree systems and retrieve documentation through fax, phone, and EPIC to keep orders moving accurately and on time.

Previously, I served as a CSR / Compliance Specialist / CMN Representative at CareLinc Medical Equipment, where I obtained authorizations, handled appeals, created ABNs and statements, and corrected Certificates of Medical Necessity. Earlier in my career as a Rehabilitation Technician at Hope Network NeuroRehabilitation Services, I delivered 1:1 or 2:1 patient care and maintained strong documentation and shift communication—habits I bring into compliance-focused work today.
