What I'm looking for

I’m interested in contributing to Vietnamese AI chatbot evaluation at Productive Playhouse.

At Green Agrochem Vietnam Co., Ltd., I researched international markets and reviewed online information to support sales activities.

I evaluated customer inquiries, checked information before responding, and maintained customer records while communicating professionally with international customers in English.

At Cyber Real, I handled customer inquiries, learned clients’ requirements, and maintained records to support ongoing communication.

I’m a native Vietnamese speaker with a Finance degree and a minor in Business Data Analytics. I’m familiar with ChatGPT through personal use and interested in contributing to Vietnamese AI chatbot evaluation at Productive Playhouse.
