I've supported finance operations for ACTED Kenya and ActionAfrica Help International, managing multi-agency and sponsored funds across Kenya and Sudan, including UNICEF, FAO, Estonian Refugee Council, and Bread for the World portfolios.

At ACTED Kenya, I reconciled staff advances, cash and bank accounts in KES and USD, processed payments, maintained daily cashbooks, posted monthly entries in SAGA Software, and prepared budget forecasts for HQ. I also supported internal, statutory, and external audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and follow-up on management-letter recommendations.

I bring practical experience in vendor payments, procurement support, statutory taxes, cost allocation, invoice verification, amortization, and quarterly financial closures. I'm continuing my CPA Kenya studies and focused on improving financial sustainability, transparency, and compliance.
