At Frontier Economics, I led an analytical team developing a Monte Carlo model to assess financial risks associated with a major energy infrastructure company’s £25bn investment programme. I worked closely with the regional CFO to identify material risks, challenge assumptions and inform strategic and regulatory decisions.
I also managed analytical work on renewable energy economics, including helping a large wind farm developer understand how policy changes and grid configuration affected likely TNUoS charges. For a community-owned battery, I conducted a cost-benefit analysis of potential revenue streams.
At British Gas, I built and maintained a Power BI dashboard to present trends and areas of risk, and forecasted the business impact of changes to the ECO target calculation methodology. Earlier, at British Airways and Vueling Airlines, I worked on revenue forecasting and commercial performance analysis.
