At Centra Medical Group in Farmville, I perform diagnostic x-rays, review orders and patient charts, and capture high-quality images for physicians.
I coordinate radiographic procedures with physicians, nurses, and staff while maintaining a safe, clean, and sterile environment. I also support medical assistant duties, manage radiology supply inventory, and stay current with radiology practices.
I'm ARRT certified and licensed as a Radiologic Technologist in Virginia, with an AAS in Radiography. I work with Carestream computed radiography, Siemens and Konica direct radiography systems, Cerner, PACS, and patient registration and insurance processes.
