At First Rain Foundation, where I currently work, I bring my psychology background to my work. I also completed an internship there from September to December 2025.
At AYUSHMAAN (Institution for psycho-behavioural Management and Mental Health Research run by AIDMASH, India), I assisted in maintaining case records and supported counselling and therapeutic sessions under supervision.
My academic research explored academic anxiety and its impact on the emotional intelligence of college students. I completed an M.A Psychology at The Assam Royal Global University, Guwahati.
I also interned at Nagaland Centre for Human Development and Information Technology Dimapur. My experience and studies have shaped my interest in counselling psychology and student mental health.
