I’m a diligent and driven (ISO) Auditor who delivers independent, objective assurance that adds value and improves operations. I’m an effective communicator and team builder with strong analytical, management, and organizational skills, grounded in confidentiality and integrity.

In my current role as a Client Relationship Officer (with internal audit responsibilities), I support governance through internal control oversight while also assisting with executive-level coordination and investigations and claims work. Previously at Strategic Outsourcing Limited (SOL), I objectively reviewed business processes, evaluated the efficacy of risk management procedures, and protected organizational assets against fraud and theft.

I also bring a customer-focused lens from my time as a Customer Service Officer at Credit Registry Bureau (CRS). I called clients on how to improve services, handled client emails, proffered swift solutions to issues, analyzed client feedback, and produced management reports—while sharing information on new products and company bonuses.

Earlier experience strengthened my operational discipline: as an Admin Supervisor I handled staff input and maintenance support, prepared staff salary items for account review, and managed record keeping and correspondence. Before that, as an In-flight Officer with Virgin Nigeria Airways, I prepared onboard materials, reconciled passenger lists, and ensured items were properly cleaned, sanitized, and positioned according to the aircraft manual.
