What I'm looking for

I want to inspire and empower learners through book training, developing critical thinking, improving comprehension, and creating engaging experiences that encourage a lifelong love of books.

At Flipkart, I trained new hires to the company’s standards and supported associates during on-the-job training. Ninety percent of new employees in the batch were certified.

I also collected organizational data and published daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards covering attendance, technical issues, training performance, assessment scores, and feedback.
