What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my general ledger accounting, close, reporting, audit support, and internal controls experience within the financial services industry.

At Caddo Sustainable Timberlands, I manage key month-end close activities, including intercompany stumpage sales, land sales orders, accounts receivable review, transfer pricing updates, and supporting journal entries.

I review balance sheet and income statement activity, investigate discrepancies, prepare reconciliations and supporting schedules, and provide variance analysis and financial reporting support.

I progressed from Staff Accountant to Accountant by taking ownership of close, reporting, and account responsibilities. My work includes recurring journal entries, accruals, prepayments, cash reporting, accounts payable, intercompany transfers, and vendor payments.

I hold an MBA and bring hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, FRED, and advanced Excel. I'm interested in applying my accounting, audit support, internal controls, and process improvement foundation in financial services.
