At TALMA, I develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that track learning, training compliance, and business performance indicators. I design data models, KPIs, and DAX measures to surface trends and compliance gaps.
I also use Microsoft Excel and Power Query to clean, transform, and validate data for accurate reporting. I work with cross-functional stakeholders to turn reporting requirements into analytical solutions and support automation with Power Automate.
At IMBOCAR S.A.S., I developed a Python machine learning model for address standardization and geolocation, reducing normalization time from 8–12 manual hours to 20 seconds per 1,000 addresses. I also optimized the geocoding pipeline, cutting processing time by 50%.
Earlier, as an Administrative Assistant at Universidad de Antioquia, I organized and validated records in Microsoft Excel and prepared structured data for administrative reporting. I hold an Industrial Engineering degree with an emphasis in Data Analysis, and my research has included system dynamics simulation and electric bicycle component data.
