At the International Organization for Migration (IOM), I managed and validated monthly healthcare service data for the Migration & Health program in Antioquia. I worked to ensure the data was complete, accurate, confidential, and reported on time.
I analyzed databases and generated key performance indicators to support program monitoring and data-informed decisions. I also prepared mandatory reports for health insurers and territorial health authorities.
I registered, cleaned, analyzed, and reported beneficiary and activity data from health outreach serving Venezuelan migrants, host communities, Colombian returnees, and other uninsured migrant populations. I produced reports, infographics, presentations, and data visualizations for territorial monitoring and stakeholder communication.
Previously, at Fundación Clínica Noel, I managed monthly healthcare data across clinical specialties and improved database analysis processes. I generated internal indicators and delivered mandatory reports to support operational and clinical decisions and regulatory compliance.
