In my current role as a Certified Clinical MedicalAssistant, I collect and document patient medical information, manage medical records, and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. I call and fax pharmacies for prescriptions and refills, educate patients on procedures and medications, and recognize potential emergencies to notify the right personnel and initiate necessary protocols.

Across prior positions, I’ve handled patient intake and medical history documentation, administered immunizations, and collected lab specimens for testing. I’ve also coordinated scheduling and follow-up appointments, maintained accurate electronic health records using EHR systems, and improved workflows through front office support and streamlined operations.

I bring a continuous learning mindset and a dedication to efficient, patient-centered care—supported by an Associate of Science in Human Services Specialist and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management. I’m looking for a challenging role that leverages my hands-on clinical and operational experience, with opportunities for travel.
