What I'm looking for

I’m looking to contribute to a finance/accounting-focused role where I can manage accounts receivable and billing, recover outstanding balances, prevent billing issues, and improve payment processes with clear communication and accuracy.

I’m an Accounts Receivable and Billing Specialist with 2.5+ years of experience driving end-to-end invoicing and payment follow-up. I focus on recovering outstanding balances, keeping records accurate, and resolving billing discrepancies quickly and professionally.

In my roles, I managed email invoicing and payment tracking, monitored overdue balances, and collaborated with internal teams and clients to correct issues. I’ve also strengthened process accuracy by maintaining reliable documentation in internal accounting systems and improving workflows.

Beyond AR, I bring strong operational organization from remote virtual assistant work and experience coordinating schedules and logistics as an event manager.
