Lakshya Gupta

I’m a US CMA and PGDM (Banking & Financial Services) graduate with a strong grounding in corporate finance, financial analysis, credit analysis, valuation, and capital markets. I approach finance with a detail-oriented, analytical mindset, built through internships and academic projects.

In my Finance Intern role, I designed a comparative analysis of DRHP-filing renewable energy companies by consolidating financials, IPO data, and policy information to highlight policy impact on business performance. I also developed financial models for 100 MW EPC/IPP projects, including DCF, ratio, payback, and sensitivity analyses to support informed decision-making.

Through live and industry projects, I strengthened my focus on markets and fixed income—working on Fixed Income & Credit Analysis, Market Simulation, and Corporate Bond Liquidity. I’m especially interested in translating research into clear, model-driven insights across risk and investment contexts.

I build my work using tools and methods like Advanced Excel, financial statement analysis, risk management in BFS, and data analytics using Python, alongside familiarity with AI tools. I’m now looking to build a career in finance where I can apply modeling, valuation, and credit-focused analysis to real business problems.
