I’m a Senior Quality Engineer with 8+ years of experience across Salesforce, Big Data, AWS Cloud, Microservices, and AI-powered applications. I design scalable UI, API, and data automation frameworks, and I build end-to-end testing strategies focused on robustness, automation, performance, and accessibility.

Most recently, I specialized in intelligent QA agents and AI validation systems for LLMs—creating agentic QA workflows and evaluation pipelines to validate conversational behavior, semantic accuracy, and end-to-end user interaction quality.
