I've led UX for enterprise platforms at UST Global, supporting T-Mobile, Standard Bank, Elevance Health and Anthem BlueCrossBlueShield. I take products from research calls through workflow design, design systems and developer handoff.
For T-Mobile, I led UX for MAIA Self-Service and designed the T-Cloud dashboard, bringing cloud service management into one place for engineers. At Standard Bank, I designed and shipped a Mobile Wallet across four African markets, creating reusable payment, confirmation, error and warning patterns now live in production.
I redesigned Anthem BlueCrossBlueShield's Find Care booking flow from eight steps to four and rebuilt provider search and filtering. More recently, I ran research and defined design direction for Elevance Health's platform modernisation programme.
I use Claude Code, local models and generative tools to accelerate design-system audits, specifications, research synthesis and testable prototypes, while keeping research, accessibility decisions and final craft firmly human-led.
