I am a dedicated Software Quality Assurance Engineer with hands-on experience in testing and validating software applications to ensure high reliability and performance. Currently, I am working at Transsion Holdings, where I conduct manual testing on multiple app versions across various devices and operating systems. My role involves assessing app usability, responsiveness, and overall user experience to identify potential issues and areas for improvement. I utilize bug tracking tools like JIRA to log, monitor, and track reported defects, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining comprehensive test documentation.

Previously, I performed comprehensive testing for the Smith.AI Receptionist project, focusing on both client-side and user-side functionalities. I created and executed detailed test cases, reported bugs with clear reproduction steps, and validated responsiveness and performance across different browsers and devices. My educational background includes a Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Information Technology, which have equipped me with a solid foundation in both technical and managerial aspects of software quality assurance.
