At DIS Contours Software, I built a multi-agent AI Investigation Assistant that brings together context from multiple systems and generates root-cause recommendations. I use Python, FastAPI, and AI APIs to automate incident investigations.
Previously, at Eon Health, I resolved complex application issues and used the ELK Stack to investigate production incidents. At i2c Inc., I supported API configurations and integrations, helping achieve a 95% customer satisfaction rate.
My projects include a citation-aware RAG chatbot, an AI electricity-theft detection system, and a blockchain-based evidence verification system. I also won the Global AI and Blockchain Hackathon (AKTI) and am an Arfa Karim Fellow.
