What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support model alignment through precise AI evaluation, multimodal annotation, transcription, and prompt refinement—working in a fast-paced team that values accuracy, consistency, and safety.

I’m an AI Training and Annotation Specialist with an Information Technology background and strong English and Tagalog proficiency. I focus on building high-quality training data and improving model behavior through careful evaluation and annotation.

In RLHF workflows, I evaluated AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, coherence, and safety, then ranked and compared outputs to support better LLM alignment. I also identify hallucinations, inconsistencies, and policy violations to help raise output quality and reliability.

I handle multimodal data work, including image and video annotation (classification and object labeling) and audio transcription with linguistic accuracy checks. I’m meticulous about following annotation guidelines to maintain consistency and quality standards.

I bring structured, logical analytical thinking from my studies and stay fast and precise—typing at 60 WPM with 100% accuracy. I also refine prompts to improve response quality and give better control over outputs.
