I’m looking for an opportunity where I can grow as a Software Engineer—using my IT support experience to solve real problems, work with modern tech, and contribute to scalable, efficient software solutions with strong teamwork.

I’m an aspiring Software Engineer with hands-on experience in IT support and a strong drive to deliver reliable, efficient solutions. I’m recognized for problem-solving, adaptability, and providing trustworthy technical support while I continuously build my software expertise.

In my IT support roles, I’ve assisted with software installation and configuration, diagnosed and resolved hardware and software issues, and supported troubleshooting tasks that improved operational efficiency. I also handled MS365 Expert and Security Associate learning and applied structured workflow practices to keep systems running smoothly.

Through my learning journey in IT (Degree in Information Technology, NQF 7), I’m developing practical foundations that translate into backend and software work. I’ve gained exposure to transferable skills for .NET (C#), TypeScript, and Azure backend environments, along with a mindset rooted in object-oriented thinking and continuous improvement.

I’m also comfortable working in high-pressure, customer-facing environments where accuracy and communication matter. Whether processing large volumes of transactions or supporting customers quickly, I build dependable systems, maintain accurate records, and collaborate effectively with teams.
