What I'm looking for
I am a corporate and commercial lawyer with practical experience advising on cross-border transactions, regulatory frameworks, and dispute matters. I have worked on high-value settlement, debt assignment and financing agreements for multinational clients.
During pupillage and at firms, I researched and presented on carbon markets, private funds, and local content requirements, and I drafted pleadings, cross-examination questions and client briefs in disputes matters. I have supported clients across energy, mining, petroleum and retail sectors.
I have contributed to large transactional workstreams including a $15 million Settlement and Assignment Agreement and a $38 million Debt Assignment Agreement, and I prepared 197 answers to World Bank questions on competition and merger control in Ghana. I have also advised on labour law compliance and regulatory licensing matters.
I combine legal research, commercial awareness and rapid turnaround in high-pressure settings, and I seek roles where I can continue to advise on complex transactions, regulatory compliance and energy and infrastructure projects.
