What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead and build end-to-end with the MERN stack, improve product performance, and partner closely with clients and non-technical teams. I want a culture that values clear communication, integrity, and measurable impact.

I’m a mission-driven technology leader and hands-on software engineer who builds, operates, and scales tech products and teams. I’m currently serving as Software Development & Team Leader at AGKraft, leading product development, operations, and client delivery.

I manage client relationships end-to-end—onboarding, requirement clarification, technical guidance, and ongoing support—translating complex details for non-technical users. I’m also known for patient communication, high integrity, and strong relationship-building, especially with young teams.

On the engineering side, I developed and maintained scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack. In one e-commerce build, I increased transaction handling capacity by 60% and improved user engagement by 40%, while strengthening release coordination using GitHub and Bitbucket.

I’ve also led high-impact projects, including a MERN web application for San-X with Next.js server-side rendering, and a role-based data annotation platform featuring Socket.IO real-time chat, secure payment gateway integration, and dashboards built with React (Vite + TypeScript), Express.js, and Prisma.
