At J-Mack Technologies, I supported the VA FPS Project by troubleshooting a complex claims benefit system and documenting processes, policies, and workflows. I analyzed workflows for critical paths, dependencies, bottlenecks, and potential vulnerabilities.

I used Salesforce FIT to review known fraud cases and maintained Tableau dashboards tracking fraud case metrics while adhering to HIPAA, PHI, and PII requirements. I also sent the Bureau of Fiscal Treasury daily emails about cases requiring investigation and payment recoupment.

At Excellus, I worked on ServiceNow tickets and tested digital features, applications, and upgrades through system, accessibility, and user acceptance testing. I collaborated with cross-functional teams on a mobile application that increased user engagement by 90%.

My background includes a master’s degree in cybersecurity and hands-on cybersecurity training. I’m seeking to apply my federal program experience and cybersecurity knowledge to GRC, security, risk management, or Help Desk initiatives.
