In my Tata 1mg healthcare app case study, I researched health records and insights and identified friction in uploading lab reports, especially when selecting documents and patients.
I redesigned the upload flow to make it clearer and more intuitive. In KINDRED, my personal UX concept, I designed mobile screens for people seeking meaningful connections beyond dating or professional networking.
I use UX research, prototyping, information architecture, and usability testing to shape user-centered digital experiences. I’m currently pursuing English Honors at IGNOU and am seeking an opportunity to contribute and grow as a designer.
