At Retro Designs and Dimensions Private Limited, I developed five residential apartment projects and built a 300,000 sq ft shopping mall in Vizianagaram. I also delivered more than 100 interior fit-out projects totalling 800,000+ sq ft, across settings including hospitals, schools and homes.
I managed delivery from client briefs and costing through sourcing, site supervision and handover, working with a team of 30–40 plus subcontractors. I’m currently Head of Operations at Rotana Logistics Private Limited, overseeing iron ore export logistics and introducing automation into purchasing, dispatch and settlement workflows. I also built Atelo, project-management software for interior design teams.
