I’m looking to architect enterprise BI/analytics platforms with strong governance—Power BI Premium/Fabric with Snowflake pipelines, semantic modeling, security (RLS/RBAC), and Azure DevOps CI/CD—while mentoring teams to deliver scalable, high-performance insights.

I’m a Technical Architect with 15+ years of experience across Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and enterprise analytics. I focus on building scalable, governed platforms that turn complex HR, Finance, and Operations data into trusted insights for decision-makers.

My work centers on Power BI and enterprise modernization—especially migrations from SAP BusinessObjects to Power BI Premium and Microsoft Fabric. I design semantic models with strong star/snowflake schema principles, advanced DAX measures, and performance optimization, including robust governance like workspace standards and deployment strategies.

On the data side, I architect Snowflake pipelines using Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, and CDC to support near real-time and incremental refresh needs. I also implement security and access patterns such as Row-Level Security (RLS) and RBAC, ensuring enterprise reporting is both compliant and accessible to the right users.

I’ve led end-to-end initiatives and teams, including mentoring BI developers on semantic modeling, DAX optimization, and Azure DevOps CI/CD best practices.
