At JPMorgan Chanse & Co, I own backend services for payments processing and transaction reconciliation, handling about 2.3 million daily API calls across AWS Lambda microservices. I moved an account status lookup into a RESTful API backed by DynamoDB, reducing p95 response time from 612 ms to 287 ms.
I wrote Terraform modules for Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB, bringing environment setup down from two working days to under 25 minutes. I also led an Agile team through the cutover to event-driven order status updates, and load-tested retry logic that held through a 9x traffic spike without paging anyone.
At GCS - Geospatial IT Services Company, I developed ingestion pipelines and REST API services for a geospatial platform. I rebuilt its tile metadata service with a microservices layout and cache layer, reducing lookup latency from 1.9 seconds to 740 milliseconds.
