I audit statutory and consolidated financial statements under Italian GAAP (OIC), IAS/IFRS, and PCAOB standards, and assess internal controls under SOX 404 and D.Lgs. 231. I also coordinate with Group Finance, international teams, and component auditors in cross-border engagements.
During a 12-month secondment to the CFO Office at Ferrero S.p.A., I supported a complex M&A transaction involving carve-outs and corporate restructuring through ad-hoc financial reporting, data modeling, and accounting transition support.
