I've built and led QA practices for SaaS products at Sitemate, Harvest, Forecast, and Chili Piper, connecting testing decisions to customer behaviour, product risk, and release priorities.

At Sitemate, I grew the QA function from primary QA ownership into a managed team, hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and allocating work across Dashpivot, Sitemate ID, web, and mobile products.

Across Harvest and Forecast, I coordinated quality work for web, mobile, desktop, browser extensions, APIs, and more than 30 third-party integrations. I rebuilt integration automation with Playwright and TypeScript and maintained coverage across 700+ documented cases and 450 automated checks.

I'm hands-on in exploratory, API, integration, and end-to-end testing, while working closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Support to clarify requirements, investigate issues, and improve release readiness.
