What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead quality engineering for scalable web, API, and AI products, building automation platforms, improving release quality, and mentoring teams through modern CI/CD and AI evaluation practices.

At Apnatime Tech (Bluemachines.ai), I lead quality engineering for a voice AI platform built for reliability, compliance, and scale. I built Data Forge, an in-house QE platform for end-to-end voice AI agent evaluation, test management, CI/CD execution, and consolidated backend and frontend reporting.

I've reduced regression execution from five hours to approximately 40 minutes and increased automation coverage from 45% to 94%. I evaluate RAG and LLM responses with DeepEval using answer relevancy, faithfulness, and contextual precision and recall, while establishing deployment quality gates.

Across Frost Interactive, Appyog Technology, Future Group, Snappbox, and Accenture, I've built UI and API automation frameworks, led QA teams, and delivered testing across web, Android, iOS, performance, and release workflows.
