My passion lies in supporting teachers and improving educational systems through thoughtful operational practices. In my role as a Fourth Grade Teacher at Memminger School of Global Studies, I analyze attendance, homework completion, and participation trends to guide instructional adjustments and improve student outcomes. I lead classroom operations with a focus on engagement, satisfaction, and communication between students, families, and support staff. My experience as the Founder and Operations Lead at KIDKIWI Education & Care Services allowed me to recruit, train, and support private educators and caregivers, managing operations and performance tracking effectively.

Throughout my career, I have achieved significant milestones, including leading my 4th Grade Team to the Top 1% of Florida State Assessment Results and designing a BI Capstone Dashboard to analyze teacher attendance patterns. I am committed to continuous improvement and look forward to leveraging my skills in data analysis and operational strategy to make a positive impact.
