I am a Senior Product/UX Designer with extensive experience designing and launching high-impact web and mobile products across fintech, agritech, and marketplace domains. I lead end-to-end product design—from research and feature ideation to design systems and developer collaboration.

At The Alternative Bank/Sterling Bank I led design for multiple apps (Wastebanc, Altconnect, Althomes, Altpower, AgricHub, Altbank), contributing to double-digit increases in downloads and usage and stewarding major design system versions. I designed platforms that supported millions of transactions and hundreds of thousands of active users.

Previously I led product design at PBJ Tech Solutions, Moredew, and Upperlink, delivering lending, thrift, banking-monitoring, and verification systems; I also mentored designers, ran workshops, and translated business goals into scalable product experiences. I routinely collaborate with product managers and engineers through scoping, stand-ups, and design syncs.

I hold formal training in product management, UX fundamentals and Agile/Lean product practices, and a Higher National Diploma in Computer Science. I bring a pragmatic, research-informed approach focused on measurable outcomes and well-crafted design systems.
