What I'm looking for

A full-time or long-term contract remote role where I own the company website end to end: Webflow builds, CMS structure, performance and SEO. Best fit is a small to mid-sized team with async communication and a marketing team that ships often. Open to agencies and in-house roles, especially in recruitment, travel and B2B services.

I'm a Webflow developer with 5+ years of experience and more than 40 production sites launched for clients in Ireland, the UK and Singapore.

For the past several years I've been embedded with a digital marketing agency on a long-term retainer (2,300+ hours), where I currently maintain 25+ of those 40+ sites live for recruitment brands and other clients, working inside the agency's team, process and deadlines.

What I focus on:

CMS architecture that the next developer or a marketer can edit without breaking anything
Performance and technical SEO (Kiyul Odyssey scored Lighthouse 96/96/100/100)
Rebuilding messy builds into clean, reusable class systems
