Kimberly Shaffer

I am a passionate music professional with over 3.5 years of formal guitar instruction from Grammy-winning musician David Cullen. My journey in music has been enriched through performances in various bands, ranging from original compositions to cover bands. I have had the privilege of playing with groups like Subsonic Blue and Wonderful Bummer, which has honed my skills and deepened my love for music.

In addition to my performance experience, I have held managerial roles in retail, where I excelled in customer service and team management. As an Assistant Manager at Rent-A-Center, I was responsible for managing customer accounts and collections while ensuring a high level of service. My time as a Floor Manager at Playthings Etc. allowed me to develop my leadership skills further, overseeing tasks and goals for my coworkers.

My educational background in Music Business Technology from Millersville University has provided me with a solid foundation in the music industry, despite not completing my degree due to unforeseen circumstances. I am eager to leverage my diverse experiences in music and management to contribute positively to a dynamic team.
