What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an accounting role where I can own AP and reconciliation work end-to-end—invoice processing, month-end close, and accurate reporting—while supporting suppliers and clients. I want a detail-focused team that values timely, audit-ready results.

I’m an Accounting Associate with hands-on experience supporting Australian and US clients in accounts payable, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting. I’m a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor (Levels 1 & 2) and a Karbon Academy graduate, and I bring working knowledge of SAP Business One, Pegasus Workbook, and AppFolio, while currently undertaking MYOB training.

In my roles, I process high-volume supplier invoices and purchase orders, manage AP inboxes, and resolve supplier queries while supporting month-end close. I perform GL and supplier reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records, assist in audit preparation, and help ensure timely, accurate reporting through strong attention to detail and reliable coordination with clients and vendors.
