What I'm looking for

I am seeking a senior QA/Test Lead role in a collaborative Agile team where I can drive automation, own end-to-end QA, mentor engineers, and deliver zero-defect releases.

I am a strategic, hands-on Test Lead with over 13 years of experience delivering high-quality banking and financial applications across Wealth, Payments, Insurance and core banking domains. I lead and mentor QA teams, define end-to-end test strategies, drive automation initiatives using Selenium WebDriver (Java) and TestNG, and ensure zero-defect production releases through rigorous functional, regression, API and performance testing.
