At RNI Consulting in Dubai, I lead end-to-end service charge audits for Jointly Owned Properties, covering RERA compliance, budget reviews, cost analysis, audit evidence, and reporting. I work directly with property managers and senior stakeholders to resolve complex audit matters.
Previously with BKR International, I led statutory and group audits under IFRS and ISAs, managed teams of up to six, and completed 20+ engagements annually across manufacturing, infrastructure, public sector, and non-profit organizations. I review complex IFRS areas, prepare financial statements and management letters, and strengthen clients’ controls and reporting processes.
