I’m a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with 4+ years of audit and assurance experience across KPMG (Big 4) and Dell Technologies (Fortune 500), specialising in real estate and investment fund portfolios. I lead risk-based financial statement audits under US GAAP and localized reporting packages, focusing on material misstatement and fraud risk.
In my real estate audit work, I challenge fair value assumptions prepared by external valuation specialists, audit construction-contract revenue recognition using the percentage-of-completion method, and perform lease accounting procedures through careful agreement review. I also support complex fund structures—feeder funds, tax blockers, and SPEs—by validating waterfall calculations, capital commitments, calls, and distributions.
