I also turned complex RAROC workflows into a structured enterprise experience and designed AI-assisted document upload with explicit review and confirmation.
At Hala Mobility, I designed experiences across the B2C EV mobility app, CercleOS B2B SaaS platform and fleet dashboards. Redesigning booking and live-tracking journeys increased booking conversion by 14%, while Refer & Earn grew referral sign-ups by 28%.
