KhAlid Ferdoush

I’m a motivated and energetic youth development professional with hands-on experience in youth engagement, event management, community volunteering, and communication support. Through my recent internship and long-term volunteering, I’ve built a practical, service-first approach to creating meaningful participation.

From Jan 2025 to Mar 2025, I worked as an Intern – Youth Development Program at JAAGO Foundation in Rajshahi. I coordinated youth communication and volunteer outreach, supported event planning and logistics, and helped advance youth engagement campaigns while managing social media content and reporting.

Since 2021, I’ve volunteered as a Committee Member with Volunteer for Bangladesh (VBD), Sirajganj District. I’ve participated in 24+ events, served as group leader in 2 events, managed 4 events, and supported video editing—always focused on teamwork, reliability, and delivering for the community.

I also strengthen my contribution with targeted training, including fire safety and search and rescue, fire service and civil defense, first aid, and professional development through BYLCx programs. Alongside Microsoft Office skills and strong communication, I use digital tools to support projects, reporting, and content that keep initiatives organized, visible, and impact-driven.
