At Trust House Insurance Company in Basra, I process and track more than 150 medical claims each week for corporate accounts including Basra Gas Company, Kuwait Energy, NESR, Siraj Naybur, and PetroChina.
I coordinate clients, medical teams, and providers to keep claims moving accurately from submission through resolution. I also handle marine and motor claims, conduct fire surveys, maintain document control systems, and support daily medical-insurer inquiries through the call center.
My English–Arabic Translation degree supports clear correspondence and interpretation, while my earlier marketing work at ATD Co. built the client coordination skills I use in insurance every day.
