I’m a Software Development Engineer in Test and Software Quality Assurance professional, focused on building reliable systems through rigorous testing, automation, and practical development. I’ve delivered measurable improvements for stakeholders—over 50% in efficiency and service delivery—while reducing bugs and errors encountered in the field to less than 10%.

At the Kenya Medical Practitioners & Dentists Council, I analyze, design, develop, test, and implement systems for internal and end-user needs. I deploy and test APIs and endpoints for integrations with NHIF and KCB, handle system change requests and bug fixes for core platforms, and support nationwide analytics and dashboards.

I also bring strong QA leadership from my role as Quality Assurance Manager, where I managed a team of 4 QA engineers. I create coded UI tests in Microsoft Visual Studio for continuous regression across web and mobile applications, monitor API endpoints using Azure APIM, and plan and execute test activities through Azure DevOps.

I’m energized by end-to-end delivery—like successfully migrating the OSP system to the cloud for 100% global access, launching a redesigned council website that increased traffic by 25%, and supporting full service continuity during COVID-19. I’m currently looking for an opportunity where I can apply these skills to revolutionize business processes through dependable testing, DevOps integration, and continuous quality improvement.
