At Universidad Industrial de Santander, I developed SATSA, an academic request management system used at UIS, taking part in its design and implementation from technical planning through frontend, backend, and data.

I developed the backend with Java and Spring Boot and built the React frontend for the system’s main workflows. I also implemented JWT authentication through an IAM proxy, session management, and role-based access control.

I wrote unit tests for business logic and configured GitLab CI/CD pipelines with merge requests to review and validate changes. I also diagnosed and resolved production defects, with responsibility for system quality for real users.
