At AstraZeneca, I’m leading ML engineering for an internal de novo protein design platform used across multiple drug discovery programs. I built scalable workflows with RFdiffusion, ProteinMPNN, and AlphaFold2/Boltz to screen generated sequences and prioritize candidates for experimental validation.
Previously, I led AI engineering at Everest Insurance, where I helped automate claims processing across more than 100,000 claims daily. I also co-founded Trylon AI and built its LLM security proxy; my open-source work includes OLoRA, integrated into Hugging Face PEFT, and contributions to the Rust compiler and Meta LLaMA.
