What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level cybersecurity, GRC, or IT operations role where I can apply structured documentation, security awareness, access control, issue triage, and compliance-focused operational skills.

I'm building practical cybersecurity and IT operations capabilities through the CyberUp Infrastructure & Security Track, a Cybersecurity minor, and hands-on academic projects.

For a NIST SP 800-50-aligned security awareness proposal, I designed role-based phishing training, simulated campaigns, implementation plans, stakeholder mapping, and HIPAA-compliant KPIs. I also led systems analysis and documentation for the Weissman Dancewear onboarding system, producing process flows, role-based prototypes, user documentation, UAT validation, and RBAC considerations.

Alongside 15+ years in customer service and operations at Chong Wah XI, I bring disciplined issue triage, quality control, reconciliation, recordkeeping, and adherence to established procedures. I've also directed development of a portable PowerShell endpoint auditing tool that enriches outbound connection data with geolocation and AbuseIPDB threat intelligence.
