I’m a dedicated GIS analyst and cartographer with 18+ years of experience in spatial data analysis, urban planning, and geospatial technology. I specialize in Local Physical and Land Use Development Plans (LPLUDP), masterplan preparation, and informal settlement upgrading—supporting projects like Konza Techno City LPDP, Eldoret LPDP Structure Plan, and Lamu CSP.
Since 2021, I’ve worked as a freelance GIS and urban planning consultant, collaborating with consultants to prepare detailed masterplans and land use plans while overseeing spatial data collection, analysis, and mapping for infrastructure feasibility. Earlier, at the Centre for Urban & Regional Planning (CURP), I conceptualized and designed LPDPs for over 50 urban centers, combining RTK GPS/GNSS fieldwork with ArcGIS/QGIS cartography and GIS automation using Python, SQL, and PostgreSQL/PostGIS.
