At Next Century Spirits, I own full-cycle accounting and month-end close for seven LLC subsidiaries and two parent-owned brands, delivering entity-level and consolidated financial reporting.

I've helped lead the transition to NetSuite by defining contract-manufacturing revenue recognition, redesigning intercompany workflows, and building consolidation processes with saved searches, Excel automation, and CSV imports. I also develop reporting tools for revenue, margin, inventory, and operational performance while supporting Accounting, FP&A, Operations, and Leadership.

Previously, I transformed third-party sales accounting with VBA-based automation, reducing processing from several weeks to a repeatable one-week workflow. I also led a multi-year AR cleanup across five LLCs, identifying $31K in bad debt and recovering $89K in misapplied cash and improperly recognized revenue.
