I'm looking to strengthen primary health care, maternal and child health, and nutrition through data-driven quality improvement, capacity building, and partnerships that expand equitable services for underserved communities.

At Cordaid Ethiopia, I support Performance-Based Financing, Continuous Quality Improvement, and Last Mile initiatives across health posts, health centers, and hospitals in Jimma Zone.

I lead performance verification, data-quality improvement, supportive supervision, and capacity building while partnering with government stakeholders to strengthen HMIS and expand essential services in underserved communities.

My background spans RMNCH coordination, nursing and midwifery quality improvement, and maternity service leadership at Jimma University Medical Center. I bring hands-on experience in ANC, skilled delivery, BEmONC, PNC, IMNCI/iCCM, integrated nutrition, clinical mentorship, and respectful family-centered care.
