I've tested LeadXO, Kumzits Everywhere, and KidsPlan across web, mobile, API, security, database, and AI chatbot workflows. I automate critical regression coverage with Playwright and Katalon Studio, validate APIs with Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI, and hold ISTQB CTFL certification.
