Previously, at Masora, I monitored milk quality and assessed its hygienic, sanitary, and compositional qualities, identifying production issues related to animal physiology and management. At InvestinOriente, I visited and advised livestock producers, characterized producers using databases and technological tools, and supported rural development programs.
